If parents teach their children this growth mindset, not only will they become harder workers and better students, but they will ultimately gain the tools to succeed in school, business (as employers and employees), and relationships.
If our society sets out to teach this mindset, we can create a whole generation of productive, hard-working, and responsible employees and citizens.
